East Texans are invited to include patriotic music as part of their celebration on July 4. The Tyler Civic Chorale and Fine Arts Series at Tyler’s First Presbyterian Church will host their annual concert, open to the public at no charge, in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church, 230 W. Rusk St., in Tyler. The event begins at 4 p.m. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m.

FIRST BAPTIST WINONA
First Baptist Church of Winona will hold its Fourth of July festival at 7 p.m. Friday at the Winona High School Baseball & Softball complex. The public is invited.
New areas of entertainment will be made available. There will be softball games, “Cycle Heaven” motorcycle show, Street Stock Car and Truck Show, Live music, water slides for kids, and karaoke. Hot dogs, sodas and water will also be available with donation stations available.
The church offers this event as a gift to the community.
