A Tyler man was charged with aggravated assault Sunday after allegedly cutting another man’s hand.
Tyler police officers were called to the 200 block of North Beckham about 9:30 a.m., according to a news release from the department.
Juan Oliva, 50, allegedly cut another man’s right hand during a disturbance. The cut did not require immediate medical attention, according to police.
Oliva was charged with aggravated assault and booked into the Smith County Jail.
