Arrest warrant issued for man who allegedly stole from J.C. Penney

Tyler police have issued an arrest warrant for Bobby Donell Choice, 54, who they say allegedly committed a theft from J.C. Penney at the Broadway Square Mall on April 19.

Police say Choice hurt an 11-year-old boy while evading store security. A robbery warrant was issued for Choice with a $100,000 bond.

Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
