A 15-month long investigation by multiple agencies is rewarded with the arrests of several indivduals for conpiracy and intent to distribute methamphetamines.

According to a press release, the Rusk County Sheriff's Office, Henderson Police Department, Overton Police Department, Rusk County District Attorney’s Office and the East Texas Violent Crimes Squad of the Texoma High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area gathered at the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office and conducted an arrest warrant sweep on March 6.

The press release stated that during the sweep, Terry Nathan Tidwell, Ysidro Yanez, Christopher White and Angela Denison were arrested for the offense of conspiracy/possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Also, arrested on a state charge of abandoning/endangering a child warrant was Jessica Page.

The federal charges are a result of federal grand jury indictments in connection with a 15-month investigation into the organized distribution of methamphetamine in Rusk County.

The four individuals arrested on federal warrants were transported to Tyler and released into the custody of the federal marshals, while Jessica Page was confined to the Rusk County Jail and held on $7,500 bond.
