The Tyler Area Builders Association’s 34th annual Home Products Show is set for this weekend.
“The economy is improving, which means many homeowners are finally ready to do those upgrades or updates they may have postponed for the last few years,” Libby Simmons, executive vice president of the Tyler Area Builders Association, said in a statement. “The convention center will be filled with Tyler Area Builders Association members who will be showcasing the latest and greatest to help homeowners make those decisions.”
About 2,500 visitors attended the Home Products Show last year, she said.
The event is from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Harvey Convention Center. Tickets are $5 for adults; children 12 and younger get in free. Seminars are included with admission price.
The Tyler Area Builders Association serves Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Henderson, Navarro, Smith, Wood and Van Zandt counties. The mission of the TABA is “Building Better Builders” by promoting quality, accountability and professionalism in the home building industry.
