A three-hour food seminar to help those wanting to lose weight and get insight on how to avoid emotional eating will be held in Tyler this weekend.
The Enlightened Eater seminar will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Yoga Spot, 5201 S. Broadway Ave., according a Facebook event page
The seminar will be broken into two pieces. The first half will focus on the secrets to eating in harmony with nature to turn back the clock, easily lose stubborn weight, and how to heal from the inside out.
The second portion features a group emotional freedom technique (EFT) demonstration. The practice aims to help people overcome mental blocks and bad habits such as emotional eating, according to the page. The practice was featured on “The Dr. Oz Show.”
Trent Golden, founder of Fit Camp Austin and UT Austin Boot Camps will discuss secrets to vibrant health, effortless weight loss, healing, and longevity.
Olivia Hardt, an actress and feng shui expert will discuss celebrity beauty secrets like foods to enhance beauty and feng shui tips for the fridge.
Participants will receive a nutrition plan, grocery list, recipes, food list to enhance beauty, feng shui tips for the kitchen, instruction on how to read food labels and a six-week workout plan to those who register by the end of today.
