Use Alessi raspberry vinegar in dressings

Alessi white balsamic raspberry blush vinegar is crisp and has a delicate flavor. Use it in salad dressings, marinades or on roasted vegetables. Add a splash of vinegar, before or after cooking, or during deglazing for a bright zing of flavor.

“I used it on asparagus before roasting in the oven, and as a substitute for wine when deglazing some saut←ed mushrooms, Christine Gardner said.

I was surprised and pleased by the amount of flavor just a small amount of this vinegar added to the dish. This has become a staple in my pantry,” Do you have a favorite ingredient, product, recipe, food, cookbook or menu item that you would like to have featured as “Favorite FLAVOR of the Week?” Send your submissions tofood@tylerpaper.com or 410 W.
