Shiloh is a 7-month-old male hound mix available for adoption at Pets Fur People (formerly the Humane Society of East Texas) in Tyler. This young adult boy is a wonderful dog. He behaves very well when he is riding in the car and is leash trained. He loves to fetch and play tug-of-war until he gets tired and wants to cuddle with you. On top of everything else, he is house-trained. Shiloh will need a country home so his baying won’t disturb neighbors. He has been neutered and is current on starting vaccinations, including rabies. Shiloh has been microchipped for identification purposes and when adopted will receive 30 days of pet health insurance. For additional information, call 903 597-2471 or check the Pets Fur People website, petsfurpeople.org. Adoption hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Pets Fur People is a selective admission, no-kill animal sanctuary. Follow it on Facebook and Twitter.
