Saige Meadows clearing land for 92-unit, multi-family complex

Saige Meadows LLC, of Austin, is clearing and grading land at 13488 U.S. Highway 69 North for a 92-unit, multi-family complex.

“Saige Meadowsis a garden-style, mixed-income, family oriented community … that will be developed and owned by one of the principals of Pinnacle Housing Group,” according towww.pinnaclehousing.com . “Anticipated to open in December of 2014, this amenity rich development offers one, two, and three bedroom townhomes totaling 92 units.”

In April, the Tyler Planning and Zoning Commission approved a zoning change to allow the complex to be built just south of Interstate 20. The complex, to be called Saige Meadows, is being developed by Florida-based Pinnacle Housing Group.

Pinroc Construction LLC, of Miami, is the contractor, according to the permit.

Crest Properties Ltd. filed a permit for demolition work on the third floor of the First Place Office Building, at 100 E. Ferguson. Dewayne Manning is the contractor.

Debra Pock is reroofing a commercial office building at 418 W. Locust St. for $34,000. Stonewater Roofing is the contractor.

Billboard permits were filed by Arrington Outdoor Advertising for 10873 U.S. Highway 271 and 11247 U.S. Highway 69.

Sign permits were filed by Come Together Trading, 121 E. Eighth St., $800, Terry Marshall, Sign Masters of Tyler; Mike’s Fragrances N More, 1601 W. Front St., $300, Al Ratley, Sign Masters; Tyler Junior College, 1401 E. Devine St., $1,707, Leon’s Signs Inc.; Classic Cleaners, 508 S. Broadway Ave., $2,300, Huyen Thanh Nguyen, Jonathan Nguyen; and Village at the U, 308 Old Omen Road, $22,000, Asset Campus Housing, Texas Sign Services Inc., of Terrell.

There was a commercial temporary power permit filed for Kinsey Crossing, at 1400 WSW Loop 323.

 

RESIDENTIAL

Hamilton Park Construction LLC filed seven building permits for new multi-family units at 421 W. Cumberland. They include Nos. 1203, 1204 and 1301, which are 2,434 square feet each and cost $127,900 each. Nos. 1201, 1202 and 1205 are each 2,243 square feet and cost $110,000. No. 1206 is 1,991 square feet for $105,000.

Mezayek Building Ltd. is constructing a 6,760-square-foot home at 7750 Hollytree Drive for $550,000.

Trent Williams Construction is building a 5,491-square-foot house at 6144 Graemont Blvd. for $539,000.

Kent and Vicki Crozier are finishing the upstairs at 683 Wilder Way for $80,000. Trent Williams Construction is the contractor.

Tom Draschil is building a 1,034-square-foot house at 621 E. Lake St. for $78,000. Medardo Quintanilla is the contractor.

Preferred Pools is demolishing a fiberglass pool at 517 Princeton Drive and is constructing a new pool for $60,000.

Leonel Toledo is building a 2,207-square-foot house at 2092 Bandera for $60,000.

Dr. John G. Short filed an application for approval for construction at Lake Tyler. He is removing an existing boathouse and pier and replacing it with a structure at 16442 Eastside Drive. Ricky Self, with RC Custom Construction, is the contractor.

Jerry Irwin is adding a bathroom, two walls and central air and heat at 322 E. Houston for $20,000. A&B Paint & Restoration, of Lindale, is the contractor.

Womack Enterprises, of Mabank, is enlarging a utility room and relocating the entrance door at 3826 Brighton Creek for $8,500.

Steve Brownell is replacing 10 windows at 5747 Eaglewood Circle for $5,865. Lowe’s is the contractor.

A-Z Construction is replacing a door at 918 Joel for $517 for May Bustamante.

A driveway permit was filed by Salas Concrete for 2401 WSW Loop 323.

There also were two temporary gas permits, one application for residential temporary electrical service and 10 HVAC permits filed.
