3 join newly opened Federal Title  branch

Federal Title Inc. has announced that Brenda Head Hampy has joined the company as branch manager of the newly opened office at 501 Shelley Drive, Suite 170 in Tyler.

Federal Title is a part of locally owned Heartland Security Insurance Group. Federal Title can close real estate transactions in all 254 Texas counties and has title plants in 22 counties in Texas.

Ms. Hampy comes to Federal Title with 35 years of experience in the title industry, of which 27 years was as a licensed escrow officer, examining and closing residential and commercial transactions.

“Brenda’s vast experience in examining and closing transactions, along with her extensive relationships in the area real estate community, serves as an advantage for our clients to have a fast and efficient closing,” said Jeff Copeland, president of Federal Title Inc.

Melody Dickey also has joined federal title as an escrow officer.

Ms. Dickey brings 34 years of experience in real estate-related business, 23 of which were in mortgage lending and 11 years as a licensed escrow officer closing real estate transactions.

Ms. Hampy said, “Melody’s knowledge and experience of the lending aspect of real estate, together with her experience as a licensed escrow officer, is a benefit to our clients in bringing their transaction to a successful close”.

Ms. Hampy and Ms. Dickey join Tiffany Hawkins, who has been with Heartland Security Insurance Group for 11 years, having joined the Federal Title branch in May 2013. Ms. Hawkins is in charge of business development, and as a licensed escrow officer, will be assisting Ms. Hampy with closings.

Ms. Hawkins and her family are lifelong Tyler residents. She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a business degree in marketing.
