Permits for shell buildings at Village at Cumberland Park

Tyler/Broadway Centennial Partners is building four shell buildings for use as future retail stores at the Village at Cumberland Park shopping center, 8942 S. Broadway Ave. The contractor is Hill and Wilkinson, of Richardson. One of the shell buildings is 30,827 square feet and will cost $1.15 million. The second building will be 50,735 square feet and will cost $1.9 million. The third building will be 8,000 square feet and will cost $300,000, and the fourth will be 27,500 square feet and will cost $1 million.

Tyler/Broadway Centennial Partners is clearing and performing earthwork for a detention pond facility at The Village at Cumberland Park shopping center, 141 Market Square Blvd. The contractor is Hill and Wilkinson of Richardson. No cost was given.

Aspen Dental Management is building a 3,400-square-foot Aspen Dental office at 4164 S. Broadway Ave. for $160,000. The contractor is Paylon Construction of Holly, Mich.

Preferred Home Medical, at 805 N. Glenwood Blvd., will be performing some asphalt and paving work for $49,500. The contractor is Cagle Asphalt.

Bob Patel is building a Wok Box at 3502 Broadway Ave., which will be 1,800 square feet and will cost $120,000. The contractor is CMS Low Price Construction in Dallas.

C. Cooper Custom Homes, P.O. Box 5303, is building a personal office. No cost was given. Contractor is C. Cooper Custom Homes.

R.C. Dunham is replacing a culvert at Sam’s Office Furniture, at 2318 Old Henderson Highway. The contractor is Montrose Construction. No cost was given.

Congo LLC is installing a 12-foot wide access road at 3705 Troupe Highway to an existing cell phone tower. No cost was given.

Jean Broussard is replacing 16 windows at 1011 W. Rusk for $4,219.

Trent Williams Construction is performing grading work at a 4,758-square-foot home at 4207 Lazy Creek.

Dickie Warren is filling in a pool and performing grading work at his home at 6020 Wilshire Drive at a cost of $2,500.

Shiloh Pines Mobile Home Village is adding three mobile homes to their park at 2525 Shiloh Pines Road. Troy McGraw is the contractor.

Steve Nix filed applications for demolition of a carport and construction of a two-story game room and bedroom addition at 17238 Pilot Point Drive on Lake Tyler. Nix Construction is the contractor.

Bob Kortz Properties filed a permit at 1126 E. Front St. to construct four apartments at 601 square feet each.

Glory Builders is constructing a 2,204-square-foot home at 5830 Havens Trail for $176,000.

Bill and Kathy O’Neal are putting in a swimming pool at their home at 1190 Cambridge Bend for $60,000. Backyard Connection is the contractor.

Norman Williams is replacing six windows at his home at 2316 Kensington Drive at a cost of $2,865. The contractor is TLS Carpentry.

Collin Mayo is replacing four windows at his home at 5113 Kingspark for $1,160. The contractor is TLS Carpentry.

Cornell Curry is replacing an exterior door at his home at 3021 King St. for $680. Contractor is A-Z Construction.

Troy Wright is building a 2,639-square-foot home at 12579 S. Hill Creek Road at Lake Tyler East for $165,000. The contractor is Melvin Tomlin.

Kent and Stephanie Boozer are building a pool at 13433 Peninsula Road in Whitehouse for $100,000. The contractor is the Backyard Connection.

Daniel and Ashley Cole are building a 1,024-square-foot boathouse at 17921 Gordon’s Landing Road in Arp. The contractor is ACO Custom Construction.
