Brookshire's remodeling Roseland Boulevard store

Brookshire Grocery Co. is doing a $2.8 million remodel of its Brookshire’s store No. 9, at 2020 Roseland Blvd. Work to the 40,475-square-foot store includes a front exterior and interior remodel, with new toilets and a break room addition.

Sam & Kam Holding Inc. is constructing a 9,654-square-foot shell building for $1.1 million for a fuel station and store at 7205 S. Broadway Ave. Soho Construction is the contractor.

William Fajardo, of Nacogdoches, is building a $1.1 million Excel Car Wash at 5105 Troup Highway. Foxfield Construction, of Allen, is the contractor for the 4,523-square-foot facility.

Robert Layton is remodeling the first floor clinic and office space in the 9,500-square-foot Tyler Hemotology medical office, at 721 Clinic Drive, Suite B, for $700,000. RPR Construction is the contractor.

Tyler Broadway/Centennial LP, of Dallas, is finishing out a 25,000-square-foot space for Ross in the Village at Cumberland Park Shopping Center, at 8946 S. Broadway Ave. RJ Lander Construction, of Dallas, is the contractor for the $625,000 project.

Brandon Wood, of Whitehouse, is constructing a 4,030-square-foot Creative Dental Lab, at 2008 Lindbergh Drive, for $450,000. Wingfield Construction, of Gilmer, is the contractor.

Bob Garrett is doing a 1,176-square-foot, two-story addition to the Fair Oil Building, at 225 S. College Ave. for $397,367. Carlyle Homes Inc., of Troup, is the contractor.

Realty on the Spur is finishing out a 1,200-square-foot space in a shopping center at 3979 University Blvd. for $35,000. Pack Construction is the contractor.

Verian Investments LP is adding a demising wall to separate a 3,800-square-foot office suite at 105 Jordan Plaza, Suite 300, for $30,000. Landbridge Commercial is the contractor.

Yolo Properties is redoing three offices and the front of a building at 1700 SSE Loop 323, No. 112, for $25,000.

Mewbourne Oil Co. is remodeling six offices to make four at 3901 S. Broadway Ave., Building A, for $18,000. Sentry General Contractors Inc. is the contractor.

Tyler Independent School District is adding a shade structure off the cafeteria for an eating area at Hubbard Middle School, 1300 Hubbard Drive, for $7,900. The Playground, Shade & Surfacing Depot LLC, of Keller, is the contractor.

The city of Tyler is putting a concrete slab for a dumpster at 220 N. Border for $5,000. AMDERCO is the contractor.

Ommy Enterprises filed a commercial temporary power permit for 2701 WSW Loop 323, Suite 700, for an interior finish out.

An application for occupancy was filed for Rounders Pizza at 1400 WSW Loop 323, Suite 10, by Rounders Tyler LLC.

Sign permits were filed by White Sign Co. for Osh Kosh B’Gosh and Carters at 8946 S. Broadway for $6,500 each; and by Design Center Signs for Crossfit Populace, 3219 SSW Loop 323; and City Finance at 1701 W. Front St.


Victor and Elizabeth Davis are constructing a 5,142-square-foot home at 4367 Hogan Drive for $560,000. Bayless Custom Homes is the contractor.

Larry Parker is building a $75,000 pool at 6050 Graemont Blvd. Landvisions Pools is the contractor.

Michael Gay is adding a bedroom, closet and screened-in porch, remodeling the guest bath and utility rooms at 1309 Belmont Drive for $64,300. McAllister Construction/Granite Girl are the contractors.

Winn Tile Co. is replacing a ceiling joist and sheet rock damaged by fire at 910 Bama for $40,000.

Glen and Mary Alden are adding on to their house at 3123 Andy Lane for $30,000. Work includes an enclosed family room, half bath and expanding the kitchen.

Larry and Mandy Powell are converting an attic into a bed and bathroom at 3896 Brighton Creek for $25,000. Mike Brattlof Homes is the contractor.

THD At-Home Services is replacing 20 windows for Lee Montgomery at 531 W. Sixth St. for $9,818.

Diann Miller is installing kitchen cabinets, laying floor in the kitchen, bath and living rooms, painting, replacing doors, sheetrock, vanity and toilet at 1416 W. Queen for $7,500. AD&M Construction is the contractor.

All Seasons Window & Door, of Longview, is replacing 14 windows for Harry Hartsough at 5919 Foxcroft for $4,945.

Tony Garrett is replacing 10 windows at 3409 Colgate Ave. for $4,000.

Driveway permits were filed by Benito’s Concrete for 772 Hampton Hill Court; Key Concrete for 7356 Standing Rock and 1234 Dreamcatcher; Salas Concrete for 453 Ambrose Ave.; Luis H. Leandro for 3205 and 3207 Old Noonday Road; McLain Paving for 3555 Chandler Highway; Quality Construction for 1327 Elk River Road; and C&R Concrete for 5829 Havens Trail.

There also were 18 HVAC permits, one duct testing report and two applications for residential temporary electrical service filed.
