Water rescue under way in Henderson County

Henderson County fire officials and other emergency responders are currently involved in some type of water rescue near Seven Points.

Sheriff Ray Nutt said Seven Points police received a call that a man was stranded in a boat, and a person with him may have drowned.

According to emergency radio traffic, EMS personnel are being dispatched to an ongoing attempt at a water rescue. 

The dispatcher also indicated there may be a drowning involved at the scene located near the bridge of Highway 334 on Cedar Creek Reservoir.
