Chorus to present barbershop from 1900s through today

The East Texas Men in Harmony Chorus will present the show “Barbershop Through the Years” on Saturday at Grace Community High School. Show times are 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The award-winning chorus is made up of men who love barbershop-style harmony. Dianne Bottoms is the director. The show will feature music dating back to the founding of barbershop in the early 1900s and continuing through today, according to information from promoters. It will include such classics as “Pick-a-Little” and “Lida Rose.”

Tickets cost $15 for adults and $5 for children. Group rates also are available. Tickets will be available at the door and can be ordered on the chorus’ websitewww.etmeninharmony.com .
