APEX Theatre’s ‘Singleton Boulevard’ set in 1963 Dallas

APEX Theatre 20 in Tyler will stage “Singleton Boulevard” in performances at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday.

Set in summer of 1963 in Dallas, three months before the assassination of President Kennedy, residents of Singleton Boulevard beat the heat at the domino tables and bar stools of Slack Morgan’s bar.

Tickets are $20.

“Shrek: The Musical”

Palestine Community Theatre is continuing “Shrek: The Musical,” a song-and-dance adaptation of the movie about an ogre who falls in love.
